If you are going to be late, please extend your reservation.

Try not to encroach on the reservation of your colleagues.

Try to book the vehicle for the right amount of time you need it.

Please don’t book a vehicle for all day if you need few hours.

Bring back the vehicle at the same place.

If the dedicated place is taken, please park on the closest available one and pass it on to MOOVEE.

Please leave the vehicle as clean as you found it.

Our team is cleaning on regular basis, but try to keep it on the initial shape.

Please use the badge located into the car to access to the parking and launch the charge on the charging station.

If you get a message on your dashboard saying "key missing" : Press "Open" with your app a second time and check that all doors are locked.
Extending a reservation
To extend a reservation, please follow the steps below : 1st step : Click on "more options" 2nd step : Click on "extend booking" 3st step : Choose the time of return of the vehicle (provided that it is not reserved) 4th step : Confirm your extend.
